The shores of the river Bou-Regreg, which separates the Moroccan cities of Rabat and Salé, are among Morocco‘s most prestigious construction grounds. In addition to luxury flats, the new Grand Theatre is scheduled to open here. For the moment, however, there is nothing more than a multiple-lane asphalt road leading through the sand, lying in wait for a bustling future.
